Arnco® Flat-Proofing

If you have a severe-service application where flats are costing you time and money, STTC’s flat-proofing product can benefit you. Pumped into the tire through the valve stem, a liquid polyurethane polymer replaces all of the air and cures into a resilient, synthetic rubber core that completely eliminates faults. It works in any sound casing and adverse weather. To keep your equipment running STTC uses the highest quality foam-fill from Arnco.

Foam-Fill provides the following advantages:

• Your tire is completely flat proof.
• No tip-overs due to sudden flats.

• Longer tread life than the same tire filled with air.

Foam Fill is not for every application:

• Foam-Fill will not compensate for overloads or for poor tire performance.
• Foam-Fill should not be used where a combination of high speed and overload exists.
• Foam-Fill should not be used on equipment operating in swamps or marshes.
• Foam-Fill will not increase the load carrying capacity of a tire.
• Foam-Fill will not repair a badly damaged tire.
• Foam-Fill will not solve equipment design problems.
• Know your application, length of haul, speed, load, terrain, equipment, wheels, axle, drive train and engine capabilities. This will ensure the choice of the right product.
