Meet Members of the TRIB Board of Directors

One of TRIB's strengths as an association is the experienced leadership we have in our sixteen-member Board of Directors. Our current Board includes representatives from retreaders, tread rubber manufacturers, tire repair companies and suppliers to the retread and repair industries.

We had three new Board Members join us for 2017 and this week we introduce you to Dan Watson of Service Tire Truck Centers (STTC).

Dan started his tire career in 1983 with Brad Ragan Tire in Fairbanks, Alaska. From there, he went to work for Goodyear in 1986 In Anchorage, Alaska.

Dan was promoted to Retread Plant Manager in 1988 and he has been involved in the retreading industry ever since.

After successfully managing three Retread Plants, he was promoted to Regional Retread Service Technician in 2000, then became the Regional Retread Commercial Account Manager in 2007. Dan held this role until he retired from Goodyear in 2013.

Dan joined Service Tire Truck Centers (STTC) in 2016 as their VP of Production in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. STTC currently operates 3 MRT Plants, two in Pennsylvania, one in Massachusetts, and an Oliver Retread Plant in New Jersey.
