STTC Best Practices: Emergency Road Service

We know from experience that fleets tire maintenance practices are not standard and when fleets do not maintain tires, they experience tire road failures. Normally these road failures do not occur at the fleet's location, but somewhere enroute to delivering or picking up from their customer. These road failures cause delays in both pick-up and delivery, which causes poor customer satisfaction. STTC offers both a network of 24 locations and National Road Service programs. Together, these road service programs will reduce downtime and control outside costs.

FLEET PURPOSE

"If I was able to provide you a network of road service nation-wide, and provide standardized pricing along with increased "uptime", would that be a value to you?

  2. Tell me about how you feel these calls are handled.
  3. How much are you charged generally for these services?
  4. Are you able to specify what tire you wanted installed?
  5. Are you able to keep your off tire?
  6. How many service locations does your current supplier offer both locally and nationwide?
  7. Do you have published, standardized pricing with your current supplier?
  8. Does your current supplier offer a 60-day money back guarantee on the products and services purchased?
  9. If I can provide these services for you at less cost and hassle then you are paying now, would you do business with us?
